LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. (WBTV) – For weeks, officials in all 46 South Carolina counties asked the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to give them a secure database.
The database was expected to be filled with addresses of people who tested positive for the coronavirus so first responders could protect themselves.

House Democrats this week revealed that federal funding to support the nationwide deployment of IP-based next-generation 911 (NG911) technology is included in their proposal for a future coronavirus rescue legislation that places an emphasis on infrastructure projects, but such a package may be delayed longer than anticipated.

MONROEVILLE, Pa. — A Monroeville volunteer firefighter and emergency dispatcher turned himself into Allegheny County Police on Thursday for allegedly assaulting and sending inappropriate messages to a 14-year-old girl.
