The UT Dallas Police Department and colleagues across campus are mourning the loss of Police Communications Supervisor Lisa Alexander, who died Thursday of natural causes. She was 48.Alexander was instrumental in setting up the Police Department’s new dispatch center in 2008, the year after she joined the University.

From conception to construction, the building of the Jacksonville Public Safety Complex remains on schedule for completion in July 2021.

Volusia County 911 Operators Trained to Become more Aware of Mental Health (FL)
The training was a priority for Sheriff Mike Chitwood, who sat in on portions of the class and has additional sessions scheduled for the future.
