In mid July a 911 call came into St. Cloud from a man looking for help for his 28-year-old wife, who he said was going into labor. On Thursday, Sept.10, Charleston County Consolidated 9-1-1 Center will add a recorded announcement citizens will hear when calling 9-1-1. Calls will continue to be routed through our normal process and this announcement will not delay a call-taker from answering a call.
