MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/28/20) — Madisonville Police Department dispatcher Kaleb M. White is among 22 law enforcement dispatchers who graduated Wednesday from the Public Safety Dispatch Academy at the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training.
