GS-05 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes operating multi-line telephones, computers or radio equipment to provide information; inputting data collected from callers into databases and software systems; complying with and follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced and changing environment; and operate a computer, peripheral equipment and appropriate software to perform various computer operations in support of office operations. Experience may have been obtained through Law Enforcement, Fire Protection, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Services Dispatcher, or similar activity is preferred but not required.
