McDONOUGH COUNTY — During Tuesday’s meeting, McDonough County 911 director Eric Lenardt told the McDonough County-Schuyler County Emergency Telephone Service Board the dispatch center had a number of dropped 911 calls.
According to the 911 director, the dispatch center started using INDigital on Feb. 24 and in the process of getting both landline and cell phone carriers 911 services on the INDigital format. He said five carriers have been fully transferred to INDigital service with three carriers’ transfers to be completed soon…
