SUNBURY — A Northumberland County 911 dispatcher faces misdemeanor assault and terroristic threat charges, and has been fired from his job, following a dispute Tuesday morning at the county communications center.
Andrew Youngs, 39, of Orange Street, Northumberland, was arrested and charged with the misdemeanor counts on Wednesday, following a police review of the incident.
