The Jersey City Council rejected a resolution to evaluate issues and present possible solutions regarding the city’s 911 dispatch at last night’s meeting.

Zach is a dispatch supervisor in Tompkins County’s Emergency Communications Center and was recently named the 2022 Dispatcher of the Year by the APCO (Association of Public Safety Communications Officials) Atlantic Chapter.
