SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Salt Lake City’s 911 director is calling for answers on what caused this weekend’s outage. Nearly all day on Saturday, some people calling for help in an emergency could not get through.
“Depending on your carrier, you called 911 and you would get an ‘all circuits are busy now,’” said Lisa Burnette, 911 director, “or some people were rolling over to our non-emergency line.”
