Silent 9-1-1 Call Sparks Winter Haven Police Response (FL)

WINTER HAVEN, FL — A silent 9-1-1 call sparked a police response at a Winter Haven apartment complex Wednesday night when a dispatcher heard glass breaking over the phone.
