ARLINGTON, Texas, April 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — North Texas citizens dialing 9-1-1 may soon begin receiving text messages from the 9-1-1 telecommunicator with a link to pinpoint their location. SOMERVILLE, NJ – In honor of National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, County Commissioner Douglas Singleterry recently toured the Somerset County 911 Communications Center to meet staff and learn more about the county’s emergency telecommunications and national Smart911™ program.
