TEXARKANA, Ark. — Miller County officials may learn next month whether the county will keep its 911 emergency call system or have to merge it with dispatch operations at Bi-State Justice Center.
Town Manager Norman Khumalo announced Monday that a public information session regarding the proposed regional emergency communication center (RECC) will be held Wednesday, Jan. 4, at the Hopkinton Senior Center.
