LUMBERTON, N.C. (WPDE) — A Lumberton dispatcher was charged in connection with a deadly wreck this past Friday on Wire Grass Road in Robeson County, according to officials.
Tamla Terael McRae, 44, is charged with driving while impaired, according to Master Trooper Jody Connor with North Carolina Highway Patrol.
Connor said Green’s car went left of center of the road and hit another car.

Once again DC 911 shows it can’t handle its basic mission

A Peoria man, Nicky McDonald, has been arrested for child
pornography. We are learning more about the case from a Freedom of
Information Request.
McDonald is a registered sex offender and police records show he used public WiFi to access porn sites.
According to police in early August, McDonald was seen sitting
outside of the Peoria Police Emergency Communications Center using their
public WiFi. Their initial investigation showed McDonald was looking up
porn sites on his phone using that WiFi.

BENGALURU: The dial 112 helpline which
was inaugurated with much fanfare by Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa, had
its lines choked on Thursday. The newly set up command centre in
Bengaluru has 60 answering points with two Primary Rate Interface

Friday and we received an average of 22,000 calls per hour from Jio
