Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly and representatives of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) have accepted re-accreditation honors for the FCSO Communications Center. The presentation took place during the 2022 Florida Telecommunications Accreditation Commission (TAC) meeting at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine on February 24.
The FCSO successfully completed an onsite assessment for re-accreditation in January. TAYLORVILLE, Ill. (WAND) – A Christian County woman has served 16 years as dispatcher for Christian County.
Before Mykal Fisher joined the 9-1-1 Communication Center in Christian County, she severed the U.S. Army for 11 years. She was stationed in the United States and in Egypt. After serving her country, Fisher decided to continue serve by being a dispatch worker in Christian County.

Three Glenview Public Safety telecommunicators were honored by Lake Forest city and fire department officials last month for their life-saving efforts in two separate incidents that saved the lives of two individuals who went into cardiac arrest.
Honored with Lake Forest “Clinical Save Award” certificates on Monday, Jan. 24 were Glenview Public Safety Dispatch telecommunicators Alia Shukur, a seven-year telecommunicator, Tina Melone, a four-year telecommunicator, and Frankie Bonilla, a four-year telecommunicator.
