MVECC First in Nation to Implement ‘EmergencyLocate’ Technology (NJ)

NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – Mountain Valley Emergency Communications Center (MVECC), the regional public safety answering point serving the communities of Summit, New Providence and Millburn, is the first public safety answering point in the country to opreationalize ‘EmergencyLocate’, an online enhancement tool for MVECC’s recently implemented what3words location identification platform.

New Smart Streetlights in Clarendon Could Improve Emergency Response Times (VA)

As early as mid-spring, light poles along Wilson Blvd in Clarendon will be outfitted with new fixtures that monitor crowds and identify potential emergencies.
