ST. LOUIS COUNTY – A four-month project to renovate and modernize the St. Louis County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Center is now complete. Staff began fully operating out of the remodeled space at the Public Safety Building in Duluth earlier this month.
The project included rewiring the facility and purchasing 14 new Public Safety Answering Point Consoles. The remodel also involved new flooring and paint, plus an improved layout for better continuity of operations and efficiency between staff.
