911 calls are more important than ever. Public Safety Access Points (PSAP) need to evolve with the use of VoIP and mobile devices. You can have one phone number that is assigned to a cell phone, wireline phone, tablet, and laptop. Knowing where that device is when calling 911 is not simple.
