AT&T announces that AT&T ESInet—the carrier’s i3-compliant Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet) that is designed to help enable next-generation 911 (NG911)—will support photo and video messaging natively within 911 systems, as well as the delivery of automatic crash alerts.
