REMSA Health’s Regional Emergency Communications Center Achieves Eighth (NV)

At REMSA Health, we believe that when someone dials 9-1-1 for a medical emergency, their care starts with the call. Therefore, the medical dispatchers on the other end of the line are highly-trained and clinically-certified care providers.

In our commitment to providing quality care at every point in the patient journey, the REMSA Health Regional Emergency Communications Center has achieved its eighth consecutive accreditation from the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) as an Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE).

New program gives Cobb high school students training for a career in 9-1-1 (GA)

The first class passes the base 9-1-1 certification course with flying colors

May 5, 2023 – Before they even graduate high school, fourteen Cobb students have completed the base course that could lead them to a career in 9-1-1.  This inaugural class was part of the Career, Technical, Agricultural Education (CTAE) program at Osborne High School, and the 14 students passed the course with an average score of 95.5.
