BROOME COUNTY, NY – Broome County’s first responders are getting a major boost in their wireless communications thanks to the FirstNet network expansion currently underway by AT&T*. We’ve added a new FirstNet purpose-built cell site in Broome County that serves the Town and Village of Triangle, the hamlet of Penelope along the northern town border, the Route 206 corridor through Triangle between Whitney Point and the Chenango County border, the Triangle State Forest to the north, County Route 137, and Route 133 between Triangle and the Town of Barker.
