PALM COAST, Fla. —A Flagler County woman was rescued Wednesday after she texted 911 for help.
Officials say the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office received a hang-up 911 call around 4:30 a.m. and soon after text messages began to come in from the same number. “I just found my phone. He is holding me against my will,” read one text from the caller to 911.
