DC Mayor backs plan to allow retired police, fire, EMS officials to work for troubled OUC

WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser wants the council to back a measure that would allow retired police officers, firefighters and EMS personnel to work in the District’s troubled Office of Unified Communications (OUC).
