Leesburg, VA (November 7, 2022) – The Leesburg Police Department Emergency Communications Center (ECC) has implemented the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP), an alarm response program improving 9-1-1 response times by eliminating miscommunications and reducing unnecessary calls between alarm companies and telecommunicators.
