CHARLES TOWN — Delaney Hannah, 12, of Charles Town, did not expect to find her great-aunt having a diabetic emergency when she arrived home from school on April 15, but that is exactly what she found. Familiar with the symptoms her aunt was experiencing, Delaney called 911 emergency and was connected with Mallory Spinks at the call center.
