JCPD communications supervisor honored
The Missouri Chapter of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) recently honored Angela Stiefermann, Jefferson City Police Department communications supervisor with the distinction of Chapter Life membership.
Stiefermann has been employed with JCPD since 1993 and has previously been given the Telecommunicator of the Year award for outstanding performance during a major shooting July 1, 2003, at the Modine Manufacturing Plant where three people were killed and five people were injured by a gunman.
