The EMS Dispatcher, upon receiving a medical call, determines the severity of the situation and dispatches the appropriate medical response. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Receive all in coming medical calls, both emergency and non-emergency. 2. Gives pre-arrival instruction to caller and Medical instructions as needed. 3. Relays appropriate information to responding personnel. 4. Maintains accurate records of all EMS responses. 5. Acts as part of the EMS Communications team. 6.
