BALDWIN — At the end of National Telecommunicator’s Appreciation Week, Tera Philipp was selected by her peers and others as Dispatcher of the Year.
Tera was recently appointed as a Lead Supervisor, and has been with Lake County 911 Central Dispatch since August of 2010.
