COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — The City of Columbus is transferring 50 human resources jobs from police and fire to a new department in public safety.
According to the recently approved budget, the move accounts for $4.8 million in salaries and benefits. The City said it is not incurring any costs with the personnel move.
