HANFORD — The Kings County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man after he called 911 multiple times in one day and falsely reported emergencies, they said.
On Wednesday, officials said the Hanford Police Department Dispatch Center received a 911 call from a male subject, later identified as Heath Brazil, who stated he was at his residence in the 13400 block of 7th Avenue in Hanford.
