MARTINSBURG — Being the calm voice on the other end of the phone providing life saving advice to those in need while helping emergency services prepare and arrive on the scene of accidents and crimes fully briefed is not an easy feat and, according to Berkeley County officials, is certainly a job worthy of recognition.
