GREENWICH — The Greenwich dispatch center has been extremely busy dealing with the impact of Tropical Storm Isaias on the community.
The 911 call center was staffed with six dispatchers during the height of the storm Tuesday, when the volume of emergency calls coming in was substantial, police said.
