BEND, OR — The Deschutes County Commissioners have approved a new, two-year labor contract with 9-1-1 dispatchers. The agreement takes effect July 1st and continues through June 2022. The contract includes a 2-and-1-half-per cent Cost of Living Adjustment known as COLA.
