PERRYSBURG — Owens Community College has given its police department dispatchers a pay increase and also has built in a lump sum payment for three years.
At its December meeting, the board of trustees approved an hourly rate of $14 for the five Fraternal Order of Police dispatchers.
Base pay used to be $12.35, said Jason Griffin, director of marketing and communications at Owens.
