Interim Helena Police Department Chief Steve Hagen on Wednesday honored those who he described as “the ones who get the least amount of credit.”
He was talking about 911 dispatchers. Specifically Chanel Waples and Zach Slattery, who both answered calls in October that directly resulted in saving two lives.
