The Ravenna Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol has named Dispatcher Kayla A. DeWitt and Trooper Charles E. Hoskin as dispatcher and trooper of the year for the post, according to a press release.
Fellow officers and dispatchers stationed in Ravenna chose Hoskin and DeWitt based on leadership abilities, professional ethics, courteous treatment of others, work ethic, demeanor, cooperation with supervisors, peers, partnering agencies, and community involvement with the public.
