OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich — (Grand Haven Tribune) – An investigation by the Ottawa County Central Dispatch Authority has found that a dispatcher incorrectly handled a 911 call prior to Kenneth Boone killing his father on Dec. 1 in Spring Lake Township.
