SOMERSET, NJ – A quick-thinking 4-year-old local girl may have saved her mother’s life, according to police.
Isla Glaser called 9-1-1 at approximately 7:54 am on Dec. 6 and spoke with Julie Kozo and Olivia Klein, Franklin Township Police department dispatchers, according to a news release.
