NEW PHILADELPHIA – A West Lafayette native has been honored for his work at the New Philadelphia post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
William L. Courtright has been named the 2019 Ohio State Highway Patrol Telecommunications Award winner at the New Philadelphia Dispatch Center and has also received the honor for the Cambridge District.
