BALTIMORE (WBFF) – On the worst day of their lives not many people know who’s on the other end of the desperate plea for help. Inside the dimly lit Westminster barracks Brad Evans has been answering those calls for 12 years. “Traffic, domestics, accidents, you name it,” he says. But to Evans, the call for help is one he knows well. “I can relate to some of the people who have been involved, because I’ve been in an accident.”
