A groundbreaking ceremony of the new Holbrook Regional Emergency Communications Center (HRECC) will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, at the Holbrook Public Safety Building, 300 South Franklin St.
The public may attend the groundbreaking ceremony, Director of Communications Stephen Hooke stated.
The planned 5,967 square-foot expansion will provide space for up to 12 dispatch consoles and dramatically increase the equipment room space available for any future equipment upgrades.
