When a mother couldn’t get her pregnant daughter to a hospital in time to deliver, a Rockdale County 911 dispatcher guided her through the delivery of her first grandchild on the side of a road, Channel 2 Action News reported.
The baby was born on the Salem Road exit ramp off I-20 just after noon Sunday, the news station reported.
