Lawsuit claims Saginaw woman may have survived shooting if she received medical care earlier (MI)

A lawsuit claims a woman who was left on a porch with gunshot wounds for more than an hour would have lived if someone would have come to help her.

The family of N’ala Wallace is suing Saginaw County 9-1-1, claiming emergency responders didn’t go to the shooting scene because they weren’t notified that the woman had been shot.

Morgan County 911 tells state that Paw Paw phone outages leave citizens isolated from help (WV)

Morgan County’s 911 Emergency Telecommunications has filed a formal complaint with the West Virginia Public Service Commission against Frontier West Virginia, Inc. about frequent phone outages in the Paw Paw exchange area.

The Public Service Commission (PSC) is the state agency that regulates the operations of utilities, including phone companies.

Frontier Communications owns and operates the primary telephone lines in our area, including phone lines for the county’s 911 system.
