An overworked 911 caller failed to dispatch a Fort Worth police officer on a June 1 domestic call that ended in double murder and suicide, according to a news report.
Former 911 operator Kate Colley told KXAS-TV the stressed 911 dispatcher received a call from Holly Beverly, who told him her ex-husband was on her way to her apartment in western Fort. Worth to hurt him.
