CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) – A decorated Casper telecommunicator received his promotion to a supervisor position during a ceremony on Sept. 16.
Greg Kellogg has worked at the Casper Public Safety Communications Center for eight years. He has received multiple awards like the Certificate of Commendation and the 2016 PSCC employee of the year.
