RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Lisa Forgach, a dispatcher with the Heights Hillcrest Communications Center in Cleveland Heights, was awarded with a plaque Tuesday evening (Jan. 28) at the Richmond Heights City Council meeting for her efforts on the job on Oct. 17, 2019.
