GAYLORD — Emergency dispatcher Christopher Martin of the Gaylord Regional Communications Center was named Dispatcher of the Year by the Michigan State Police Intelligence Operations Division Dec. 18.
Martin was formally recognized by the commander of the state police division, Captain Troy Allen.
In the recognition ceremony, Allen said Martin was recognized for aiding the center over and above his daily duties.
