BOWLING GREEN — Amy M. Siler was chosen as the 2019 Dispatcher of the Year at the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Bowling Green Dispatch Center.
Officers and dispatchers chose Ms. Siler, 46, based on her technical job knowledge and ability, enthusiastic work attitude, teamwork, and prompt and courteous response to the public.
