LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — During emergencies, we call 911. But imagine doing that and the phone just keeps ringing. That’s what a Little Rock man claims happened when he called about a car crash.
A couple of weeks ago, Charlie Hart’s neighbor crashed her SUV into his front yard after reportedly becoming faint and disoriented.
When Hart called 911 for help, he says the phone kept ringing.
