WAYNESVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The Haywood County 911 Communications Center has been named North Carolina’s “Communications Team of the Year.”
The team of 25 full-time employees works around the clock, often speaking with people in the most traumatic of situations, director Chanda Morgan said.
