As National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week wraps up, WXII 12 News wanted to learn more about a day in the life of this profession at the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office. Behind every 9-1-1 call is a team of telecommunicators who work around the clock to help callers and law enforcement try to best handle oftentimes challenging situations.
